About Corpshore Emirates
Social responsibility
Outsourcing is a people business. The work carries a duty to the people who do it and to the people whose data passes through it. Corpshore Emirates treats that duty as a set of principles that shape how the business is run, not as a page to be filled after the fact. What follows are commitments, held to across every function we deliver in the UAE.
Ethical recruitment
No candidate should ever have to pay to be considered for work. Corpshore Emirates charges no recruitment fees to candidates, at any stage, for any role. The cost of hiring is borne by the business, as it should be. We hold to transparent terms with the people we recruit. A candidate should understand the role, the terms and the next step before they commit, and should never be asked for money to secure a place in a process. This is a floor, not a target.
Ethical recruitment also means honesty about the work itself. We describe roles as they are, including the parts that are demanding. People make better decisions about their own careers when they are given a true picture, and they stay longer when the job matches what they were told.
Fair terms
Contracts and wage protection
A fair contract is one a person can read and understand, with terms that are set out plainly and honoured in full. Corpshore Emirates commits to clear written terms and to paying people accurately and on time. We align our pay practices with the wage protection expectations that apply in the United Arab Emirates, so that the people who deliver the work are paid what they are owed, when they are owed it, through the proper channels.
This alignment is not a favour to employees. It is the baseline any serious employer in the market should meet, and it is a commitment we make openly so that clients and candidates alike know where we stand.
The wellbeing of our people
Some of the work our people do is difficult by nature. Content moderation, in particular, asks people to review material that can be distressing. We do not treat that as an unavoidable cost of the service. We treat it as a responsibility to manage. Our commitment is to manage exposure deliberately, to give the people doing this work real support, and to build resilience into how the work is organised rather than leaving individuals to carry it alone.
That principle extends across every function. People do their best work when they are well, when they are supported by their team leaders and when the demands of the role are understood and shared. Caring for the wellbeing of employees is not separate from delivering good service. It is what makes good service durable.
Strength in difference
A diverse UAE workforce
The United Arab Emirates draws talent from across the world, and its workforce reflects that. We treat this diversity as a strength, not a fact to be managed around. A team that speaks many languages and brings many perspectives is better placed to serve the equally varied customers and residents of the country. Our commitment is to hire on merit, to give people from every background a fair path, and to build teams whose range matches the market they serve.
Responsible AI and data practices
Artificial intelligence is part of how modern outsourcing is delivered, and it depends on data. We commit to handling that data responsibly. Personal and client information is treated with care, used only for the purpose it was gathered for, and protected through the way we design and run our operations. Where people are involved in preparing or reviewing data that trains or checks AI systems, the same duty of care and wellbeing described above applies to them.
Responsible practice here means being deliberate rather than expedient. It means asking what a use of data means for the people it describes, and holding to standards even when a shortcut would be easier. These are commitments we make as principles, and we will report on how they take shape as our UAE operation grows.
