AI Solutions Consultant, Enterprise Implementation

UAE enterprises are under real pressure to adopt AI and most of them do not yet know which of their problems AI actually solves. You will sit between the client's ambition and what can be delivered, scope the work honestly, and then stay accountable through implementation. The role is roughly half consulting and half delivery oversight. It is not a sales role, although you will support the commercial conversation.

What you will do

  • Run discovery with client executives and operational teams to identify where AI creates measurable value and where it does not.
  • Assess data readiness honestly, since most failed AI programmes fail on data rather than on models.
  • Build implementation roadmaps with realistic sequencing, cost and risk.
  • Define solution architecture in partnership with engineering and data science teams.
  • Oversee delivery, manage stakeholders and keep expectations anchored to what the system can actually do.
  • Advise on AI governance, model risk and compliance with UAE data protection requirements.
  • Contribute to proposals and to the technical content on corpshore.ae.

What you bring

  • At least five years in technology consulting, solution architecture or data and AI delivery, with at least two years in a client-facing role.
  • Working understanding of machine learning, large language models, retrieval augmented generation and automation, sufficient to challenge a vendor claim or an internal estimate.
  • Experience delivering into enterprise environments with real governance constraints.
  • English at C1, Arabic at B2 or above for regional client work.
  • The professional courage to tell a client that their proposed use case will not work.

Nice to have

  • Sector depth in banking, government, real estate or energy.
  • Experience with GCC or wider MENA clients.
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks.
  • Cloud AI platform certification.
