Public Sector Operations

Government Services Coordinator, Arabic First

You will support citizen and resident service delivery for a public sector programme in Abu Dhabi, working in Arabic as the primary language of service. This is a twelve month fixed term appointment with extension expected. The people you speak to are dealing with matters that affect their residency, their business licence or their family, and they deserve to be dealt with in their own language by someone who understands the process properly.

  • Maintain records to the standard required for public sector audit.
  • Escalate exceptions and sensitive cases according to protocol.
  • Contribute to the Arabic knowledge base and to the plain-language rewriting of procedural guidance.

What you bring
