Hindi and Urdu Customer Support Specialist
South Asian customers are the largest single consumer group in the UAE, and most brands still serve them in English. Our clients have decided to stop doing that. You will handle customer contact in Hindi and Urdu for retail, remittance, telecommunications and utility accounts, working three days on our Dubai floor and two days from home once you have completed induction.

What you will do
- Handle inbound voice, chat and WhatsApp contact in Hindi and Urdu, with English used for internal systems and escalation.
- Resolve billing queries, service requests, account changes and complaints.
- Explain products and charges clearly to customers who may be dealing with an unfamiliar system in a second country.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Flag recurring issues that suggest a product or communication problem rather than a customer error.
What you bring
- Hindi and Urdu both at C1 or above, spoken and written.
- English at B2 or above, enough to work confidently in English-language systems and to escalate clearly.
- Patience, and genuine care for customers who are often navigating financial or administrative pressure.
- Comfort with digital systems.
- Availability for day and evening shifts.
Nice to have
- Punjabi, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali or Nepali.
- Experience in remittance, telecommunications or utilities.
- Prior UAE work experience.
