Corpshore Emirates
Multilingual professionals sharing a light moment between calls

Languages and dialects

Arabic is a core capability, not a translation layer

Corpshore Emirates services more than 48 languages from its UAE operations and the wider network, with Arabic delivered across Modern Standard, Khaleeji, Levantine, Egyptian and Maghrebi registers. A Gulf customer can tell within ten seconds of a call whether the agent belongs to the register, and that is the standard we staff to.

Every competitor publishes a vague language number. Corpshore publishes the set, and confirms the CEFR level and the channel for each language at scoping, because a language available at B2 for chat is not the same as one available at C1 for voice. The channels we staff across are voice, chat, email, back office, annotation.

The interactive language and dialect matrix, filterable by CEFR band and channel, is added in the interactive features phase. The set below is the coverage it draws on.
