Why Corpshore

Rankings and recognition

Independent recognition is worth exactly what its method is worth. This page sets out the positions Corpshore holds, names the publisher behind each one and links every figure to its source. Read the criteria before you weigh the number. That is the honest way to use a ranking, and it is the way we would ask you to use ours.

What an independent ranking is, and what it is not

An independent ranking is a third party's judgement of where a firm sits within a defined group, measured against stated criteria, on a stated date. It is a snapshot. The three things that give it meaning are the field it assessed, the method it used and the date it last checked. Strip those away and a position is just a number. Attach them and it becomes evidence you can test.

We hold to three rules when we cite recognition. We name the publisher. We state the field and the review date. We link the source so you can read it without taking our word for it. A firm that hides the method behind a badge is asking you to trust the badge. We would rather you trust the method.

The positions

Where Corpshore is placed today

Corpshore is ranked the number one BPO firm in the UAE by Outsource Accelerator, out of more than 40 firms assessed, on a list last updated on 29 June 2026. The same publisher places Corpshore first in Bahrain and first in Egypt. Read together those are the broadest verified multi-market position on the list. No other firm on the UAE ranking holds three number one positions across MENA markets. That breadth is the point worth noting, more than any single national placing.

Corpshore AI is placed fifth among the top 50 AI outsourcing companies worldwide by the same publisher, on a list last updated on 17 June 2026. That is a global field, not a regional one, which is why the placing sits in a different weight class from the national BPO lists. We keep the two separate on purpose so neither borrows credit from the other.

The operational figures behind the positions

Recognition describes standing. Performance describes delivery. The two figures that matter most to a client sit on the delivery side. Client satisfaction runs at 97 percent across Corpshore engagements. Contact centre uptime runs at 99.9 percent. Neither is a ranking. Both are measures we report, evidence on request and hold ourselves to under a signed service level agreement.

We put these next to the rankings deliberately. A high placing on an independent list earns a first meeting. Satisfaction and uptime are what keep the account. If you are running a procurement exercise, ask us to show the method behind each figure. We would expect you to ask every shortlisted firm the same question and to weigh the answers, not the numbers on their own.

How to read this page against a shortlist

If you are comparing providers, do not stop at who ranks where. Ask each firm which publisher placed it, on what field, and when the list was last reviewed. Ask whether the position covers one market or several. Ask for the operational figures behind the recognition and the method used to measure them. A firm that answers those questions plainly is easier to trust than a firm that leads with a badge and stops there. We have tried to answer all of them here, in the open.

Questions

Common questions on rankings and recognition

Who publishes the rankings Corpshore cites?

The market positions on this page are published by Outsource Accelerator, an independent industry publisher that assesses business process outsourcing firms across markets. Corpshore does not pay for the position and cannot edit the list. The publisher sets the criteria and the date each list was last reviewed.

What does number one among UAE BPO firms actually mean?

It means that on the publisher's UAE list, which assessed more than 40 firms, Corpshore held the first position when the list was last updated on 29 June 2026. It is a relative position within a defined field on a defined date. It is not a claim about every provider in the country and it is not permanent. We cite the source so you can read the method yourself.

Why does the assessment method matter?

A ranking is only as useful as the criteria behind it. A list built on marketing spend tells you something different from a list built on delivery capability, client base and operational maturity. Before you weigh any position, including ours, read what the assessor measured and when it last checked. A position with a transparent method and a recent review date carries more weight than a number with neither.

Are the client satisfaction and uptime figures independently verified?

The client satisfaction figure of 97 percent and the contact centre uptime figure of 99.9 percent are operational measures drawn from Corpshore delivery. They are reported here as performance figures, not third-party rankings. During a procurement review we can walk you through how each is measured and evidenced against your own service level agreement.

Does a ranking guarantee the outcome on my account?

No. A ranking describes a firm's standing in a market. It does not describe your account. What determines your outcome is the service level agreement, the governance cadence and the team assigned to your work. We treat recognition as a reason to start a conversation, not as a substitute for one.
