What you will do

• Handle inbound chat, email and voice contact in Filipino and English.
• Resolve service requests, process account changes and answer product questions.
• Escalate accurately.
• Maintain the same quality standards as our onsite teams, because the customer cannot tell the difference and should not be able to.

What you bring

• Filipino at C2, English at B2 or above.
• Valid UAE residence and the right to work part time.
• A reliable home internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and a quiet space to take calls.
• Self-discipline, because nobody will be sitting next to you.
• Availability for a minimum of twenty hours weekly in agreed blocks.

Nice to have

• Prior customer service or BPO experience.
• Experience working remotely.
• Cebuano or Ilocano.
