Frank B. Prempeh II founded Corpshore Solutions in 2015 and leads the group as its chief executive from Toronto. He set the group's global strategy, its operating structure and its delivery model across more than eighteen countries, and drives its work in enterprise AI, AI governance and outsourcing.
That single line of accountability to Toronto is deliberate. Reporting, service levels, information security posture and escalation are held to one standard across every country the group operates in, so a UAE client contracts with a local subsidiary and gets the governance of a North American headquarters behind it.

The Dubai and Abu Dhabi delivery leadership team is being appointed. Their names, roles and biographies are published here on confirmation. Until then, engagements are led directly by the group under the account structure agreed at contracting.
